Lamisil

Lamisil is the brand name, offering a range of products containing the antifungal terbinafine. This substance damages the cell wall of the fungus and causes the fungus to determinate. Lamisil is mainly effective for treating fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete’s foot or other candida infections and skin condition as pityriasis versicolor. Lamisil has developed products to fight the fungus. The product line contains creams, sprays and pills.

For instance when curing fungal nails, the duration can take multiple moths. It is important to complete the treatment, even if the complaints have already diminished or even completely disappeared. The fungus can still be active below the optical surface.

Possible Side Effects Of Lamisil

Initial use of Lamisil on the skin may cause mild irritation. Irritation manifests itself in a burning sensation or in general irritation of the skin. In general, these complaints disappear within a few days. If they persist for longer, the doctor should be consulted. If the irritation or burning persists for longer, this may be an indication that you are allergic to the product. When using Lamisil via pills , you can get gassy. This can often be remedied by taking the tablets with some food. Another side effect often seen is headaches and joint and muscle pain. Your skin can also become hypersensitive to sunlight.
